Because we use a thicker insulation layer and generally neater wrapping compared to the original stators, the stator quality is mostly better than the original.
Also the quality of the copper wire is often higher than the original used thread.
Method used:
Your alternator is first stripped.
Then your stator core will be cleaned and sanded.
After that the stator core will get a new insulation.
The next step is rewinding.
Now the final coating will be applied.
Warranty is 3 years
